These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between c33bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses or uses the services available at c33bd.app. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement and are enforceable to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

By using the c33bd platform in any capacity — including but not limited to browsing content, creating an account, making a financial transaction, placing a bet, or participating in a promotional offer — you unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

c33bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. When material changes are made, the effective date at the top of this document will be updated. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail. The governing language for all disputes arising under these Terms is English.

1.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and c33bd with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, understandings, negotiations, or discussions between the parties, whether written or oral.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

To be eligible to register and use the c33bd platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not registered as a problem gambler with any self-exclusion scheme or responsible gaming registry.
• You have not previously had a c33bd account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are capable of taking responsibility for your own actions and decisions.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

c33bd applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all accounts. KYC verification is mandatory before a withdrawal can be processed and may be requested at any point during your use of the Platform at c33bd's sole discretion. KYC documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), a proof of address document, and — where a payment method requires it — a copy of the payment instrument used. Bangladeshi nationals are required to submit documents consistent with Bangladesh national identification standards.

c33bd reserves the right to suspend account activity, including withdrawals, pending completion of KYC verification. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity documents is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent account closure and referral to the appropriate authorities.

2.2 One Account Per User

Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one (1) c33bd account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, c33bd reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all associated bonuses, and withhold any funds that were obtained through exploitation of the multi-account arrangement.

To access the full range of c33bd services, you must register an account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a mobile number capable of receiving SMS. You must update this information promptly if it changes at any time after registration.

Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms. c33bd reserves the right to void all bets, cancel all bonuses, and close any account where registration information is found to be false or unverifiable. Funds associated with fraudulently registered accounts may be withheld pending investigation.

3.1 Account Security and Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your c33bd account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. c33bd will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

You must notify c33bd support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. c33bd accepts no liability for any losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security, including losses resulting from unauthorised access that you did not promptly report.

3.2 Account Currency

All c33bd accounts operate in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in BDT. All displayed balances, bet amounts, winnings, and bonus values are denominated in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotional offer. c33bd does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. c33bd reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts, the amount and frequency of which will be communicated to the account holder at the registered email address prior to any deduction. If an inactive account balance reaches zero as a result of maintenance fees, the account may be closed. Players wishing to reactivate an account should contact [email protected].

c33bd supports deposits and withdrawals via the payment methods listed below. All transactions must be made from payment instruments that are registered in your own name and that you are legally authorised to use. c33bd strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts for deposits or withdrawals. Any funds received from a payment instrument belonging to a person other than the registered account holder will be refunded to the originating instrument, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.1 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed; (b) any active bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn; (c) the amount you request to withdraw must not exceed the available withdrawal balance in your account; (d) c33bd reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion; (e) withdrawal processing times listed above apply to fully verified accounts — accounts with pending KYC may experience delays.

4.2 Fees

c33bd does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — c33bd has no control over and accepts no liability for third-party payment provider fees. The amount you receive from a c33bd withdrawal is the amount you requested, prior to any fees applied by your mobile wallet or card provider.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

c33bd is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of criminal activity. All transactions on the Platform are monitored. c33bd reserves the right to freeze account funds, delay withdrawals, and report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable law. Depositing funds with no intention to wager, or cycling funds through the Platform purely to transfer money between payment accounts, constitutes a breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence.

c33bd offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the general bonus conditions set out in this section and to any additional specific terms stated in the relevant promotional offer.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible accounts only. One bonus per person, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe stated in the promotional offer. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) must be wagered before any derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited if the validity period expires before the requirements are met.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, sports bets, and instant games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — check the specific offer for contribution rates.
• c33bd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is cancelled mid-wagering, any associated winnings above the original deposit amount may be forfeited.
• Bonuses are strictly for personal recreational use. Claiming bonuses for the purpose of systematic exploitation — including collusion with other players, use of betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or use of automated software — constitutes a breach of these Terms.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

The c33bd welcome bonus is available to new players making their first deposit. Specific details of the current welcome bonus offer — including the match percentage, maximum bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement multiplier, and validity period — are published on the c33bd promotions page at the time of the offer. c33bd reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

c33bd employs automated and manual processes to detect bonus abuse. If a player is found to have abused the bonus system — whether through multi-accounting, false identity, systematic exploitation, or any other means — c33bd reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, close the account, and withhold any deposited funds pending investigation. Repeated or coordinated bonus abuse may be referred to law enforcement authorities.

All bets placed on the c33bd platform are subject to the general rules set out in this section and to any sport-specific, game-specific, or market-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these general rules and specific game or sport rules, the specific rules shall prevail.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

c33bd reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are not accepted until confirmed in writing by the Platform — a confirmation message is displayed on screen and recorded in your bet history. A bet that is not confirmed is not a valid bet, and c33bd accepts no liability for unconfirmed bets.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products on the c33bd platform. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface at the time of placing a bet. c33bd reserves the right to apply personal account stake limits at its sole discretion without prior notice, particularly where betting patterns suggest professional, systematic, or coordinated wagering activity.

6.3 Errors and Technical Faults

In the event of a technical fault, system error, display error, or human error that results in incorrect odds, incorrect payouts, or incorrect game outcomes being displayed, c33bd reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player. Where a payout is made in error — including but not limited to software bugs, data feed errors, or settlement mistakes — c33bd reserves the right to recover the erroneously paid amount from the player's account balance. Where the balance is insufficient, c33bd may pursue recovery through other means.

6.4 Sports Betting — Specific Provisions

Cricket betting at c33bd is governed by the following principles: (a) all cricket bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent); (b) in the event of match abandonment due to weather or other external factors, unsettled bets are typically voided and stakes returned — specific abandonment rules are published in the cricket betting rules section of the Platform; (c) live in-play bets are accepted at c33bd's discretion and may be suspended at any time without notice during live events; (d) c33bd is not responsible for the accuracy or timeliness of third-party data feeds used to display live scores and statistics.

6.5 Responsible Gambling Integration

All betting and gaming activity at c33bd is subject to the responsible gaming controls available in your account dashboard. Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, session time reminders, and cooling-off periods at any time. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the c33bd platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the Platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder proceeds of crime or to transfer funds between payment accounts without genuine gambling intent.
• Bonus Abuse: Multi-accounting, collusion, or any systematic exploitation of bonus offers beyond their intended recreational purpose.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first exhausting c33bd's internal dispute resolution process. Fraudulent chargebacks are treated as theft and will be pursued accordingly.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets or play games on your behalf.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker, live casino, or tournament formats.
• Match Fixing: Any involvement in fixing or influencing the outcome of any sporting event on which bets are placed at c33bd.
• Hacking and Interference: Attempting to access, modify, or disrupt the c33bd platform, its servers, or its underlying software in any unauthorised manner.
• Abuse of Staff: Directing abusive, threatening, or harassing language at c33bd support agents or any other Platform personnel.

c33bd maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward all forms of fraud, cheating, and exploitation. Suspected violations are investigated thoroughly, and c33bd cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in Bangladesh and internationally where criminal activity is identified.

c33bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other c33bd policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or payment provider.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your c33bd account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your verified payment method provided your KYC is complete. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. c33bd will confirm account closure in writing to your registered email address.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is a permanent account closure option available to players who feel they need to stop gambling. A self-exclusion request results in the immediate closure of your c33bd account and the placement of your details on an internal exclusion register, which prevents re-registration for a minimum period of 12 months. 8.3 Consequences of Closure for Breach

Where an account is closed by c33bd due to a breach of these Terms, c33bd reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where funds are determined to have been obtained through fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity, those funds will be forfeited. Legitimate deposited funds not implicated in any breach will be returned to the original deposit payment instrument after the investigation is concluded, subject to any applicable legal obligations.

8.4 Dispute Resolution

If you believe c33bd has acted in error in suspending or closing your account, you may raise a formal dispute by emailing [email protected] with full details of your complaint. c33bd aims to acknowledge all formal disputes within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days. c33bd's internal dispute resolution process is the first step and must be exhausted before any external escalation is pursued. The outcome of the internal process is communicated in writing to the registered email address on file.
